For appointment to this grade a candidate must be in possession of;
i. KCSE with a minimum grade of C- (Minus)
ii. Have at least CPA Part I
iii. Knowledge of Quick Books is mandatory
iv. A certificate of service/recommendation from former employer
v. Must be computer literate
vi. Must be below 35 years
Duties and Responsibilities
a) Rent collection and update of rent register
b) Collecting of revenue and issuing of official receipts
c) Compile and update debtor's lists
d) Raising of students invoices as per fees structure
e) In charge of imprest control
f) Monthly extraction of fee arrears
