Job Purpose
This role is responsible for creating customer strategies, plans and activations which bring our brands/portfolios to life instore, drive optimal physical availability, engage the shopper, and drive conversion. Working closely with Sales and CBU’s (Brand teams), this role is accountable for ensuring plans are based on shopper & customer insights, and are tailored to drive demand for our categories, whilst meeting the individual needs of customers/channels.
This role will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong and influential relationships with customers, and representing their voice and the voice of the shopper internally to ensure future business strategies help support the strategic ambitions of the customer and execution plans to maximize conversion opportunities for Mars.
Job Accountability:
Knowledge/Experience:
Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience: Minimum 6, and maximum 8 years’ experience in blue chip FMCG/consumer products and a Sales or Marketing background.
