Job description
BURN is looking for a creative and experienced Communications and Marketing Specialist for its new electric cooking products. The primary role for the successful candidate will be to direct, create and execute multi-channel social media campaigns. They will ensure that all content is on brand and meets communications goals. They will search out and develop relationships with relevant social media influencers and leaders. They will identify up and coming platforms and features to distribute content through. In addition to creating content for our user groups, the Communications and Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing communications directly with individual customers to ensure their individual success. The content created will be designed to meet specific goal from across the business such as marketing, research, after sales, and product design.
BURN has been developing, testing, and bringing to market new cooking products for 10+ years in Kenya. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a growing organization and contribute to a fast-moving company committed to improving economic, environmental, and social outcomes in East Africa.
