Executive Chef at Wild Voyager

Role Description

• We are seeking an Executive Chef for a 2-3 month assignment to Kenya. We will pay for travel and visa costs apart from the consulting fees as agreed for this period. The role will be to research and setup the menu, train the team, initiate the kitchen operations and processes. The chef must have atleast 15 years of experience working as a head chef in luxury hotels of India and abroad, and must have a good hold on continental cuisine. Knowledge of African cuisine is a plus.
