    Head of Channels

    Job Responsibilities

    • Oversee core sales channels including Agent Network and Customer Sales Team
    • Set quarterly priorities and execute on activity plans to ensure delivery of targets
    • Ensure effective execution of all Agent Network and Customer Sales processes through the sales cycle to enable a positive agent and customer experience
    • Define requirements and engage collaboratively with in-house agent and customer support teams and marketing
    • Recruit, manage and mentor a team of internal sales managers and representatives and oversee engagement with external sales agencies
    • Ensure efficient management of budget
    • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback and share back to company leadership
    • Play a key leadership role across the Commercial department as we scale towards 600,000 cooker customers and beyond

    Job Requirements

    • University degree in a related field, with postgraduate degrees preferred
    • 10+ years of professional experience, ideally in FMCG, Telco.
    • 5+ years of experience in sales management and leadership
    • Demonstrated success designing and implementing sales strategies across urban areas
    • Ability to work in a self-led manner, in an environment with significant time pressure
    • Comfort role modeling behaviors in line with KOKO culture, including leadership, professionalism, customer orientation, safety consciousness, and innovation
    • Unquestionable integrity
