Qualifications & skills

1. Degree/Diploma in IT or related course.
2. Previous experience as an IT expert.
3. Proof of having built an in-house software.
4. Proof of providing off the shelf software.

Duties and responsibilities

1. Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
2. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
3. Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
4. Providing technical support across the company   (this may be in person or over the phone).
5. Experience e in dealing with websites and blogs.
6. Vast interest in general IT industry trends and developments.
7. Setting up accounts for new users.
8. Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
9. Testing new technology.

Gross pay:- Kshs30,000/- to Kshs40,000/-
