Networking and CCTV Officer at P.N. Mashru LTD

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field At least 30 years of age
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in an IT support role Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, routers, and access points
• Experience with email server management
• Proficiency in LAN network administration and troubleshooting Independent installation, setup and maintenance of CCTV cameras
• Technical knowledge in servers and backup Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and fully hand-on

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Maintain and upgrade computer systems, networks, and servers
• Install and configure software applications
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning
• Monitor network performance and identify potential issues Collaborate with other departments to support their IT needs
