•  The jobholder will be the lead of performance measurement and reporting for retail business teams.
•  Drive reports automation utilizing the BI resources available in the bank.
•  Using data analytics develop capability of identifying customer’s data trends that can be monetized.
•  Participate in regular engagement meetings with business teams to promote a high performance culture.

Ideal Job Specifications
Academic:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field

Technical:

•  Expertise in SQL, Python, Power BI.
•  Working knowledge of R and other Statistical tools

Professional:

•  Professional banking, accounting or IT course will be an added advantage.

Desired work experience:

• Upto 8 years banking experience or equivalent.
