    QSSK-MJ-CSA-Customer Service Agent

    Job Purpose:

    To Provide excellent support and assist in Selling, processing orders for our customers and generating additional Sales.

    FUNCTIONS/KEY RESULTS EXPECTED:

    • Coordinate information to customers browsing our websites during store discovery, order, and checkout Including after-sales support.
    • Perform phone conversations with customers to answer their questions, provide information, and advise them.
    • Handle special requests and complaints from customers
    • Collect and store user data within our backend system
    • Ensure follow-up through emails, phone, or any required means.

    KEY CAPABILITIES AND EDUCATION:

    • A basic degree/ diploma
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent command of English and Luganda
    • Good computer and typing skills

    Previous Relevant Work Experience

    • 2-3 years of experience working with customer care support
