    Recruitment Lead

    Your Role

    The Recruitment Lead will lead KNI in recruiting new staff by finding talent, sifting applicants, and managing the selection process.. KOKO aims to be an employer of choice for the world’s best and brightest, and you will contribute directly to building our teams and external brand to make this vision a reality as our company grows.

    What you will do

    • Play an active role in recruiting and onboarding the next generation of top talent across all KOKO functions by posting jobs, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and supporting candidates effectively throughout the hiring process
    • Develop candidate pipelines specific to recurring or upcoming needs, with an eye toward cutting edge skills and diversity
    • Driving the recruitment process through our ATS, and consistently moving candidates through workflow
    • Actively and creatively evaluate, network, and ultimately hire the best talent
    • Providing counsel and coaching to hiring managers & colleagues throughout the recruitment process
    • Extending job offers to selected candidates, working with hiring managers and HR leadership
    • Working with managers to develop recruitment strategies for assigned positions
    • Ensure our company values and performance culture remain central as we scale

    What You Will Bring to KOKO

    • 8+ years experience in hiring software technology talent.
    • Proficiency with MS Office tools and HR-related software platforms.
    • Unquestionable ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism.
    • Extensive sourcing experience using; Stack Overflow, Server Fault, Linkedin, GitHub job boards etc.
    • A versatile team player who can stretch and take on new roles and pitch in where needed.
    • Keen attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Proactive, self-starter with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile.
    • Registered IHRM member.
