Job Description

• The role holder will be tasked to design, code, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues within the T24 system, ensuring that programs and scripts function as intended in a
• production environment. Additionally, they will resolve, reported incidents, document root causes, resolutions, and system changes to provide clear and actionable records for future reference and compliance.
• Furthermore, he/she will propose and implement practical solutions to address production issues and enhance overall system performance in collaboration with other users.

Qualifications

• Type of Qualification: First Degree 
• Field of Study: Information Technology/Computer science or related course

Experience Required
Delivery Enablement

• Technology, 3 -7 years
• T24 Banking Experience: Broad Experience working with T24 banking applications
• and its key modules, AC, FT, Delivery(SWIFT), AA.
• At least 3+ years of experience in supporting Temenos T24 core banking system.
