Director of Human Resources

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Human Resources division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Human Resources will also ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources, Personnel and Learning Department, and the implementation of Hyatt’s Operational Strategy throughout the hotel.

Qualifications

• You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Rooms division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Rooms will also ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Rooms and Front Office Department, and the implementation of Hyatt’s Operational Strategy throughout the hotel.
