    Job Summary

    • Collect and manage rental leads generated through social media platforms.
    • Qualify leads by conducting initial phone screenings to assess tenant interest and eligibility.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and their progress.
    • Schedule and coordinate property showings for prospective tenants to be handed over to the Estat Management.
    • Provide detailed information about available units, amenities and rental terms
    • Address potential tenant inquiries and objections effectively.
    • Negotiate lease terms and close rental deals.
    • Build strong relationships with potential and existing tenants through excellent customer service.
    • Ensure a positive tenant experience throughout the rental process.
    • Prepare and process paperwork for tenant applications.
    • Maintain accurate and organised tenant files.
    • Assist the estate manager with other administrative tasks as needed.

    Qualifications

    • Diploma or degree in Communication, Marketing and or Business Administration
    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is advantageous.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
    • Proficiency in using social media platforms and CRM software.

    External Finishing Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise the application of waterproofing materials to the flat. Ensure proper installation techniques to prevent leaks and water damage.
    • Oversee the application of screed layers to ensure a smooth and level roof surface. according to project specifications.
    • Supervise the installation of water tanks and solar tanks.
    • Supervise the installation of false (or suspended) roofs, ensuring proper structural support and alignment.
    • Oversee the installation of skylights, ensuring they are correctly sealed and integrated with the roofing system  according to design requirements.
    • Supervise the installation of duct covers, ensuring they are securely attached and finished to specification.
    • Supervise the sealing of joints in external surfaces both vertical and horizontal to prevent water infiltration and ensure durability.
    • Supervise the preparation and painting of external surfaces, including walls, trims, and architectural features. Ensuring painting is carried out according to specifications, with attention to detail and quality.
    • Oversee the installation of external mouldings, ensuring accurate alignment and secure attachment. Ensuring that mouldings are finished to meet aesthetic and functional requirements.
    • Supervise the installation of gutters, downspouts, and related components to ensure proper water management. Ensuring gutters are correctly aligned and securely fastened.
    • Oversee the installation of glass panels on balconies, ensuring secure mounting and compliance with safety standards.
    • Supervise the plastering of plinths and the casting of slabs to ensure proper finishing and structural integrity.
    • Oversee the casting of entry porch ground slab, ensuring correct mix and placement.

    Other duties and responsibilities

    • Provide full time HANDS ON site supervision,
    • Effectively allocate labour, equipment, materials and artisans to maximise productivity, safety and to minimise deficiencies.
    •  Effectively understand the project schedule to ensure deadlines are met on time.
    • Communicate scope of work requirements to artisans, review production, quality and ensure implementation.
    • Quantify and track all materials inclusive of ordering, inspecting and verifying shipments from suppliers.
    • Calculate, monitor and track all materials required for each project ensuring no overruns.
    • Correspond with the project manager team regarding all adjustments as required, ensuring any materials are ordered in advance in order to meet deadlines.
    • Conduct daily tool box talks for his team.
    • Communicate and administer all Safety policies and conduct site safety meetings.
    • Resolve day to day field personnel issues and provide incident reports for head office files.
    • Other Assignments as required.

    Qualifications and Requirement

    • A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a construction finishing supervisor.
    • Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction management
    • Continuous improvement attitude.
    • To act with integrity and honesty at all times.
    • Ability to read and understand drawings/specifications.
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
    • Ability to meet tight deadlines and schedules while maintaining safety and profitability.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Work within the project framework and adhere to all Company guidelines and policies.
    • Ability to work with minimum supervision.

    Marketing Associate, Events & Client Experience

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, ensuring all aspects align with brand goals.
    • Create engaging customer experiences through events and touchpoints, from conception to reporting.
    • Develop and manage event timelines, and budgets, setup branding & merchandise checklists and deliverables.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
    • Handle all logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and setup.
    • Track and analyse event performance, providing insights to optimise future events.
    • Develop post-event communication strategies to nurture leads and increase conversion.

    Academic Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

    Professional Qualifications

    • Professional Certifications (optional)
    • Certification in Event Management or Customer Experience is a plus.

    Experience

    • At Least 2 years experience in events management
