    Human Resource Officer

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Assist in the hospital’s employment system, which includes establishing an overall recruitment and retention strategy. Collaborates with the HR Manager to ensure that positions are filled in support of the hospital's strategic direction.
    • Assist in monitoring the hospital’s overall compliance with laws and regulations affecting the human resources management function.
    • Assist in implementing policies and procedures in response to changing laws and regulations, as well as changing dynamics within and needs of the hospital.
    • Assist in the development of communication of policies and procedures.
    • Assist in ensuring proper documentation of all matters related to the human resources management function at the hospital.
    • Assist in the follow-up of the performance management process.
    • Assist in Assessing and establishing solutions for staff training and development needs.
    • Complete exit interviews and recommend improvements to the hospital management team.
    • Consult with the Human Resource Manager on organizational structure and design issues.
    • Consult with HR Manager on issues related to the utilization of human resources to achieve organizational objectives.
    • In charge of promoting and overseeing a desirable Hospital Culture.
    • Assist in ensuring a high level of employee engagement.

    Qualification: 

    • Degree or Higher Diploma in Human Resource Manager with over 2 years experience.
    • Membership to IHRM.
    • Experience in any Quality Management system will be an added advantage

    Procurement and Inventory Officer

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile them with purchase orders
    • Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies in received orders
    • Ensure the accuracy of the Hospital inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
    • Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
    • Keep up-to-date records of receipts, records, and issues from the warehouse
    • Responsible for stock rotation and coordinating the disposal of surpluses
    • Create purchase orders and utilize purchasing cards to perform low-value procurement activities
    • Responsible for shipping canceled or damaged items back to suppliers as appropriate.
    • Arranging and sorting inventories in the warehouse
    • Receiving, verifying, and storage of incoming supplies
    • Updating stocks on the bin-cards
    • Assist in stock taking
    • Recording of donations from Eternal donors and shipments in Odoo

    Quualification

    • Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management with 2 years experience or any other related Degree with a Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
    • Experience with ODOO will be added advantage.

    Programs Officer

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Compiling of assigned donor reports on time. Program Officer will make sure that they understand all the donor needs in accordance to the various projects being implemented and make sure that quality and compressive reports are submitted to the donors in time.
    • Following up on assigned patient-donor-funded programs and making sure that all requirements by CURE or the program beneficiary are met and on time.
    • Coordinating with the relevant teams to make sure that all content for reports I.e. Any material need for verification of activities or evidence of implementation is available and on time.
    • Helping collect patient information for profile building. Donors requiring profiles build and submitted to them have a guideline of requirements. The Program Officer will be responsible for the collection compilation and submission of those profile as per the guideline given by the donor.
    • Alternating with the rest of the team for all donor and communication related work at clinic. The Program Officer will be required to travel to clinic often to do patient follow up, identification of new patients requiring financial support and reporting of mobile clinic activity.
    • Updating profiles. This will include one on one conversation with beneficiaries documenting their progress and sometimes visiting beneficiaries at the home to document impact of programs or/ and as required by the various donor projects
    • In-charge of all online donor correspondence making sure all information online is updated.
    • In-charge of all quality activities in relation to this position as per the Hospital Standards.
    • Helping with the documentation of all Functions/operations at the Hospital.
    • To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

    Quualification

    • Diploma/Degree in Project Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • Excellent Photography, Videography, and writing skills.

    Perioperative Nurse

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

    • Developing plan of care that is individualized for the patient reflecting collaboration with other members of the healthcare team.
    • Performing appropriate treatments as ordered by the physician in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Performing therapeutic nursing interventions as established by the individualized plan of care for the patient and their family.
    • Providing individualized patient/family education and discharge planning customized to the patient and their family.
    • Documenting patient assessment findings, physical/psychosocial responses to nursing intervention, and progress toward problem resolution.
    • Initiating emergency resuscitative measures according to resuscitation, and basic and advanced life support protocols.
    • Maintaining confidentiality in matters related to the patient, family, and client facility staff.
    • Providing care in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner that is sensitive to the patient’s and family’s diversity, preserving their autonomy, dignity, and rights.
    • Reportingpatient’s condition to appropriate personnel during each shift.
    • Ensuring that all supplies necessary to perform surgical procedures are availed to the surgeon and the supporting team.
    • Monitoring the physiological and psychological status of the patients.
    • Maintaining current competency in perioperative nursing through continuing nursing education.

    Qualifications Education and/or Experience Required at Entry

    • KRCHN or BSc. Nursing
    • Kenya Registered Perioperative Nurse.
    • 1 year post-registration experience.
    • BLS Certified
    • Excellent interpersonal, supervisory, communication, administrative & customer care skills.
