    Head of Finance

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with the overall strategy of the company.
    • Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, to senior management and other stakeholders.
    • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management on issues such as budget management, cash flow, and investment opportunities.
    • Manage the company’s financial planning and forecasting processes.
    • Oversee the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws.
    • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the company and provide regular reports to senior management.
    • Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities.
    • Work with the CEO and other key stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to achieve the company’s financial goals.
    • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
    • At least 10 years of experience in a senior financial management role, ideally in the agriculture or floriculture industry.
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial policies and procedures.
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic financial guidance to senior management.
    • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and laws.
    • Experience managing relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.

    Office Administrator (Energy Sector)

    Responsibilities

    • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
    • Oversee the general cleanliness and organization of the office space as well as liaise with building management for maintenance and repairs.
    • Maintain accurate records of office expenses and budgets.
    • Manage employee attendance records and leave requests.
    • Distribute internal communication and announcements.
    • Serve as a point of contact between employees and management.
    • Support various departments with administrative tasks.

    Qualifications

    • Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree.
    • Must have 3 + years’ experience in office administration preferably in the energy sector.
    • Must have excellent organization, planning and multitasking skills.
    • Must have strong attention to detail/ accuracy, high confidentiality, effective communication and strong interpersonal skills.

    Senior Safari Planner

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Prepare detailed, articulate and comprehensive itineraries and quotations
    • Manage the full booking process, from commencement to confirmation
    • Handling all communication with the agents/guests assigned to you from commencement to completion.
    • Checking availability for both accommodation and activity and holding space.
    • Invoicing confirmed safaris and following up payments
    • Raising vouchers for the confirmed itinerary
    • Maintaining and keeping proper records of all correspondence
    • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
    • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
    • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
    • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
    • Collaborate with colleagues and peers on the sales, marketing and product development teams to improve overall customer experience and satisfaction
    • Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent sales strategies.
    • Engage in the role of mentor to support staff in the team to realise their potential

    Requirements

    • Bachelors degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent
    • 7+ years work experience as a Tour Consultant/Safari Planner
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
    • Aptitude to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment
    • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time and organise workflow
    • Potential to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
    • Ability to adapt to constant change
    • Strong relationship management skills
    • Desire to improve and reflect on feedback provided by managers through the application of KPIs
