    Site Agent - Road Construction

    Responsibilities for the Site Agent Job

    • Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project , ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs
    • Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
    • Coordinating and supervising construction workers
    • Selecting tools and materials
    • Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
    • Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
    • Maintaining quality control procedures
    • Assessing and minimizing risk
    • Writing reports and keeping on top of paperwork
    • Assist in negotiating contracts and securing permits and licenses

    Site Agent Job Qualifications

    • A BSc in Civil Engineering
    • Should be registered member of EBK
    • At least 8-10 years experience as a site agent in road construction
    • A good planner, well organized and good decision maker
    • Strong interpersonal skills

    Corporate Relationship Manager - Insurance Industry

    Corporate Relationship Manager Job Responsibilities

    • Revenue and profit generation, including new business development for the company.
    • Identify and develop a target pipeline and aggressively market for new profitable status customers from the identified target sectors.
    • Plan, prepare and present persuasive approaches and pitches to potential corporate clients
    • Gather information from corporate clients, assessing their insurance needs and risk profile, reviewing and/or amending existing policies.
    • Grow and retain existing corporate accounts by presenting new solutions and services to them
    • Research insurance companies’ policies and negotiate with insurers to find the most suitable products for corporate and retail clients’ best prices.
    • Arrange specialized insurance cover in complex cases.

    Qualifications for the Corporate Relationship Manager Job

    • A business related degree
    • MUST have at least 5 years experience in Corporate Sales in the insurance industry
    • Professional insurance qualifications from the Insurance Institute of Kenya or the Chartered Insurance Institute
    • Have a consistent track record in achieving sales targets
    • Have integrity and high sense of ethical responsibility
    • Market intelligence and business development skills
    • Business strategy formulation & execution
    • Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals
    • Self – motivated, Confident and outgoing personality

    HR Assistant - Manufacturing

    HR Assistant Job Responsibilities

    • In charge of the whole recruitment process of new staff in conjunction with the department heads i.e. processing staff requisitions, interviewing, selection, appointment, induction, documentation, reference checking etc. in liaison with the HRM
    • Maintain eligible candidates’ lists; provide names of eligible candidates to department representatives upon appropriately approved requests.
    • Facilitate and ensure all employees are registered with statutory bodies i.e. NSSF, NHIF and PAYE.
    • Facilitating entry /exit of staff into the Company provided benefits
    • Preparation, updating employees leave and keeping records pertaining to leave.
    • Inducting new company employees as per the induction process as well as conducting a post-interview evaluation for trainees
    • Assisting in coordination of training initiatives and programs and Administering student attachment and internship programs
    • Administering the NITA reimbursement
    • Record keeping in terms of completeness and accuracy for all staff data (staff files) and all HR related matters e.g. minutes
    • Support the payroll process by ensuring that correct data is provided to finance department in liaison with the HRM
    • Assist in evolution and maintenance of staff welfare and welfare related initiatives

    Qualifications for the HR Assistant Job

    • Degree, Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management
    • 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
    • Experience in FMCG industry is an added advantage
    • Must possess Supervisory and Team building skills
    • Result oriented driven individual
    • Problem solver, optimistic and enjoy assertive communication
    • Ability to communicate and cooperate with everyone in the organization
