    Business Development Executive

    Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
    • Organize and facilitate service meetings with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on services, and discuss potential opportunities for collaboration.
    • Enhance client communication through various platforms – Digital, WhatsApp & Bulk SMS. 

    Business Development:

    • Use market research findings to identify business opportunities and potential clients
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s client base
    • Drive service uptake & cross selling of services such as wellness packages, immunization services, and specialist services
    • Develop business proposals and pitch to potential clients.

    Sales and Revenue Growth:

    • Execute the business development and sales strategy to achieve or exceed sales targets
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to the leadership team. 

    Marketing:

    • Conduct market research to understand the healthcare landscape around their assigned business unit(s)
    • Develop, execute and review a monthly marketing plan for their assigned business unit(s)
    • Plan and conduct marketing activities for their business unit in collaboration with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness
    • Generate marketing & CSR reports

    Innovation:

    • Identify novel and innovative ways to improve the patient journey and experience across TIBU Health’s touchpoints.
    • Recommend new service lines, services, and innovative approaches to health service delivery.
    • Cross-functional collaboration in testing, implementing and growing innovative programs and services.
    • Other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

    Finance Manager

    Job Summary:

    The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis and reporting at Tibu Health. This role involves managing budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of healthcare finance, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

    Financial Planning and Analysis:

    • Cash flow projections and planning
    • Develop and oversee financial planning and budgeting processes for Tibu Health.
    • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
    • Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for senior management.

    Budget Management:

    • Monitor and manage departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with Tibu Health’s strategic goals.
    • Perform variance analysis to identify and address budget discrepancies.

    Financial Reporting:

    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports.
    • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific financial regulations and accounting standards.

    Compliance and Controls:

    • Implement and maintain internal financial controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.
    • Oversee adherence to healthcare financial regulations and industry guidelines.

    Cash Flow Management:

    • Manage cash flow and working capital to support operational needs.
    • Forecast cash flow requirements and recommend strategies to optimise liquidity.

    Cost Management:

    • Analyse cost structures and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
    • Monitor and evaluate financial performance against benchmarks and industry standards.

    Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and mentor finance staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
    • Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

    Strategic Support:

    • Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with Tibu Health’s objectives.
    • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and development.

    Tax

    • Manage the monthly tax obligations
    • Coordinate with an external tax consultant for income tax computation.

    Annual Audit 

    • Coordinate the annual audit process as necessary; liaise with external auditors as necessary.
    • Support the annual financial statement audit by compiling the required audit schedules and documentation required.

    Payroll

    • Executing payroll and ensuring statutory compliance.
    • Additional finance duties as necessary.

    Requirements

    • Demonstrated experience as a Finance Manager.
    • Experience in managing finances in a healthcare organisation preferred.
    • Over 5 years of combined accounting and finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
    • CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
    • In-depth understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
    • Proven ability to prepare financial statements.
    • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end closing processes.
    • Experience working in the insurance or claims management sector is an added advantage.
    • Proficient in accounting software and administrative tasks.

    Clinical Officer

    Care and Coordination

    • Deliver in person healthcare services as required in the organization for TIBU Health Clients, including but not limited to consultation, triage, wellness services, vaccination, physical examinations, prescriptions as clinically indicated
    • Interpret Lab results, Diagnose and give TIBU Health clients feedback, health education and advice on health matters as per Ministry of Health and International guidelines, as adapted by TIBU health
    • Carry out phlebotomy, sample collection and rapid diagnostic testing as clinically indicated
    • Ensure that excellent customer service is delivered to patients through excellent communication, timely treatment plans and patient referral and professional care.
    • Efficiently collaborate with logistics team during deployment for healthcare services as required.
    • Developing schedules that ensure all patients are followed up at the scheduled date and time as per clinical guidelines.
    • May be called upon to deliver healthcare services through virtual care consultations
    • May be called upon to conduct follow-up sessions with TIBU Health Clients of Home/ Office Care or within an innovative program of care including and not limited to Wellness and CDMP

    Quality

    • Deliver quality care as per Ministry of Health and International guidelines, as adapted by TIBU health, and performance reviewed as prescribed by the supervisor
    • Work with your supervisor to develop and implement relevant healthcare guidelines, standard operational procedures and policies in primary healthcare and recommend improvements and adjustments where necessary.
    • Deliver quality and complete assignments with clear documentation for TIBU Clients
    • Ensure timely submission of well filled out insurance claim forms to TIBU Health Clients and Finance team
    • Work closely and collaboratively with service delivery, nursing, programs and laboratory departments to implement shared protocols as part of multidisciplinary teams.
    • Participate in developing CMEs and grand rounds for continuous medical education; Attendance of TIBU Health CME meetings is mandatory
    • Attend Interdisciplinary Team meetings where necessary
    • Adhere to quality standards as indicated in the TIBU Health Quality Manual
    • Participate in root cause analysis meetings as required

    Innovation:

    • Identify technology gaps, propose software solutions and identify novel and innovative ways to improve the patient journey and experience across platforms.
    • Recommend new service lines, services, and innovative approaches to Health Service delivery.
    • Identify and propose tools and materials needed for the service delivery team
    • Work with programs team, logistics and clinical care coordination lead to test, implement and grow innovative programs
    • Other related duties as assigned by your supervisor.

    Skills:

    • Good verbal and written communication skills. 
    • Organizational skills to prioritize workload and meet deadlines. 

    Requirements: 

    • Diploma in Clinical Medicine.
    • At least 4 years’ experience working in a clinical setting.
    • Basic experience working with technology will be an added advantage
    • ACLS/BLS certification (desirable).
    • Must have working computer skills including MS Word and Excel.
    • Certificate of Registration from the respective professional regulatory body. 
    • Valid Professional Practice License.
