    Recruiter

    Here’s what you'll do

    • Partner and collaborate with hiring teams to understand their hiring needs and develop recruiting plans, while advising on best practices and strategy
    • Source top-tier talent, creating and nurturing relationships with candidates as they move through the process from initial contact to offer accept
    • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing, to partnering on scheduling interviews, to negotiating and closing offers
    • Own data integrity in our ATS (Greenhouse), ensuring job descriptions are crafted to draw in the best talent, and utilizing ATS capabilities to the fullest
    • Use data as a tool and measure of success

    Here's what you'll need

    • 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably some on an in-house recruiting team at a startup
    • Relationship-building acumen making you a natural partner with hiring managers
    • Ability to build, maintain, and grow immediate and long-term pipelines
    • Proven track record of creatively sourcing passive candidates (including LinkedIn, networking, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for recruiting in a fast-paced environment

    Inside Sales Representative

    Here’s what you'll do

    • Researching, identifying, and generating new opportunities on a regular basis while selling Synack’s solutions with a consultative approach in a high energy environment
    • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline
    • Strategically build and navigate your book to close new business and grow existing accounts
    • Maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound calls, emails, & social selling
    • Skillfully delivering web-based presentations using inside sales best practices
    • Comfortably selling to VP & C-level executives, navigating through multiple decision makers in large complex orgs
    • Consistently exceeding your quarterly and annual sales quota
    • Thriving on change while remaining highly organized, optimistic, and coachable
    • Learning, embracing, and implementing multiple sales strategies and methodologies to be successful
    • Driving to individually compete while still being a team player

    Here’s what you’ll need

    • Four year college degree or equivalent
    • 1+ years experience in full cycle sales. Must have prior experience closing deals
    • Strongly prefer German speaking - Good written and spoken German (minimally B2)
    • Strong in-person, phone, and written customer communication skills
    • The ability to make formal and informal presentations to staff and clients
    • CRM and sales tool experience (SFDC, Outreach, ZoomInfo etc.)
    • Demonstrated success and consistency in achieving sales goals
    • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Must be creative solutions thinker who can drive sales success
    • Must be detail oriented and flexible
