What You'll do

As the Head of B2B Growth, you will work in tandem with our CEO to drive partnerships and growth of Hisa to bank, telco, and fintech partners across the continent.

Responsibilities

• Strategy; build and communicate a comprehensive B2B growth marketing plan to help the business achieve its revenue goals.
• Management; liaise with the founding team to execute growth strategies.
• Research; analyse our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to help inform your strategy.
• Customer Acquisition: Own our customer acquisition channels - paid ads, display ads, SEO, affiliate marketing and influencer marketing.
• Customer Conversion; own and improve how we convert our prospects into customers. Working closely with sales and the UX/UI team, you'll identify, test and roll out improvements.
• Customer Retention; ensure our customers get to their 'AHA' moment quicker, keep churn low, and increase LTV.
• Stakeholder Management; work with a variety of stakeholders across sales, finance, marketing, development, operations and customer success to make sure plans and projects are communicated accordingly.
• Analysis; measure and analyse different success metrics to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

What you need to get the job done

• Experience in a growth marketing role, or someone who's been solely responsible for growth at their company.
• Experience working for a SaaS business.
• Experience in the banking, investment banking or telecom industries is a plus.
• Demonstrable experience in influencing growth.
• A data-first approach.
• Advanced user of analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Build pixel-perfect, smooth UIs across both mobile platforms.
• Leverage native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks for performance that feels native.
• Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.

What you need to get the job done

• Firm grasp of the JavaScript and TypeScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax
• Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming
• Ability to write well-documented, clean Javascript code
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts
• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle, Android Studio, IntelliJ
• Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage
• Experience with automated testing suites, like Jest or Mocha

What you need to get the job done

• Strong proficiency with JavaScript
• Knowledge of Node.js or React.js and their frameworks
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming
• Good understanding of server-side templating languages
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind scalable applications
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
• Maintain the financial health of the organization.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee finance department operations, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.

What you need to get the job done

• Experience as a Financial Manager
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
• Proficient user of finance software
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
