Business Development & Marketing Executive at Fanisi HR Solutions

Key Responsibilities

• Actively Identify and acquire new business opportunities for the firm
• Set and meet business development targets
• Develop and implement marketing plans and marketing campaigns
• Develop and present compelling offers and proposals to clients
• Generate and convert leads
• Onboard new clients and build lasting relationships
• Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
• Actively market and sell the firm’s products and services
• Conduct market research and pilot innovative solutions for the business
• Attend networking activities to increase brand visibility and connect with prospective clients
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the sustainability space
• Support the team in project implementation.

Require Specifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a business development or marketing role
• Result oriented individual with the ability to meet set targets
• Possess commercial skills, good business sense and the ability to identify and seize opportunities in a challenging and competitive market environment
• A university degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience working in small teams, ideally within a multicultural context
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Excellent oral and written command of English is a must
• Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential
