    Customer Service Executive

    About the Role:

    • Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, etc.
    • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Manage customer accounts and data in SAP.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or similar.
    • 2+ years of customer service experience.
    • Excellent English fluency (written & spoken).
