    Sales and Data Coordinator.

    Job description

    BURN is looking for a Sales and Data coordinator who will play a critical role in supporting the field sales and activation teams, achieve their KPIs in sales, POS recruitment, account receivables, journey plan adherence, route accompaniment, and seamless on-ground activations. They will also be the focal point in gathering, processing, and tabulating all field data and ensuring that daily, weekly and monthly qualitative and quantitative data is available in time and in full for effective decision making.

     Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Conduit and collaborate with other departments i.e., Production, finance, IT, logistics, and marketing.
    2. Gathering, processing, tabulating, field data, and ensuring field teams’ actions are data-driven.
    3. Availing daily, weekly, and monthly time reports maintaining all field records including an updated customers’ master database.
    4. Supporting the sales team to improve their productivity by ensuring the team has all their selling and activation tools available.
    5. Manage and monitor Field Sales Automation System (Echo Agent), ensuring it is stable and efficiently reporting as required.
    6. Handling orders by phone, email and checking correct prices, discounts, and product mandatories. Ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and informing the respective team members on an order’s status and ensuring they are delivered on time.
    7. Liaise closely with Business Intelligence to ensure correct data collection.
    8. Lead in sales data analysis, highlighting key trends and insights.
    9. Consistently following up on actions arising from key trends and insights for continuous tracking.

      Education and Experience

    1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
    2. 2 or more years’ experience in sales or working in sales support.
    3. Experience as a sales Coordinator or in administration will be an added advantage.
    4. Good team development and leadership skills
    5. Computer Literacy.
    6. Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    7. Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
    8. Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
