    Supervisor – Quality Assurance

    Key Responsibilities/ Duties / Tasks

    Operational Responsibilities / Tasks

    • Keep track of departmental quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with best practice.
    • Document internal audits, ISO audits and other quality assurance initiatives.
    • Prepare semi-annual departmental QMS management review reports.
    • Organize QMS review meeting with the department’s Senior Management.
    • Review and enhance compliance with Quality management system (QMS) requirements.
    • Recommend and follow-up implementation of corrective actions for QMS non-conformities.
    • Assessing, documenting and reporting service quality performance.
    • Monitor and follow-up system updates of audit recommendations implementation status by responsible parties.
    • Ensure all departmental quality standards are met.
    • Recommending changes and continuous improvements in quality performance of the department.
    • Reviewing and recommending amendment of quality policies & procedures to incorporate trends and continuous improvements.
    • Communicating and creating awareness on quality standards and quality performance among department staff.

    Academic qualifications

    • Bachelor degree in Business Studies, Economics, Statistics or related field from a recognized university.
    • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.

    Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies

    • Quality Audits, Quality Improvement or quality assurance.

    Previous relevant work experience required.

    • At least 3 years working experience in work experience in similar role

    • The process will end by clicking the tab “Overview and Release”.
    • Ensure you click the check box on the page to complete the profile.

    • To view the open job postings, click on the tab ‘Employment Opportunities’ on the ‘Applicant Cockpit’ page.
    • Under the heading ‘Job Search’ click the ‘Start’ button to view all available vacancies.
    • Click on the Job posting to display the details of the position.
    • To apply for the position, click ‘Apply’ button at the top of the page.
    • Follow the instructions to complete and submit your application.
    • Kindly note that all mandatory fields must be completed.
