Our client a leading exporter of various building products urgently seek to hire a Training Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Be a holder of degree in marketing or any other business related to training field.
2. Must have at least 5 years work experience building and construction
3. Be a fast learner and able to handle multiple tasks.
4. Be fluent in both written and oral English and Swahili languages.
5. Have good communications skills and observation skills.
6. Be proficient in MS office Applications.
7. Team player and can work in a large dynamic team

JOB RESPONSIBILITY:

1. To implement new initiatives related to marketing works through professional trainings to the sales and marketing department.
2. Create a training year calendar & schedules based on the needs of the sales and marketing department
3. Improve the co-ordination of training and development in the company
4. Helping the team understand performance, their targets and goals
5. Providing reports and activity updates to the marketing management

Remuneration: Between Ksh.60,000-Ksh.90,000
