    Job Description

    • Our client is seeking a highly experienced, talented and hands-on individual to join their team as Head of Ecommerce, Africa. As the Head of Ecommerce you will be responsible for driving the digital strategy and online presence of our their brand across Africa. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimise our digital platforms, lead community growth and build brand love. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the digital landscape for our clients brand across the African markets we are present in.

    What does the job involve?

    • Drive the development and execution of the commercial and tech strategy for a consumer brand’s direct-to consumer (e-commerce and social commerce) business to drive scale, unparalleled customer experience, and strong retention and loyalty.
    • Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including ecommerce, email marketing, whatsapp commerce, search engine marketing, and display advertising.
    • Implement activities on the e-commerce platform to drive repeat purchases, grow retention rate and reward loyalty.
    • Lead the end-to-end user experience from order to fulfilment including logistics/delivery, payment, and after-sales support

    Job Description

    • Our Client is seeking for a Site Manager whose role will encompass a diverse set of responsibilities aimed at driving strategic growth and operational excellence. You shall be responsible for the profit and loss (P&L) of the farm and success will be judged on this basis. This pivotal role involves formulating and executing the farm's strategic plan, including market research, business development and innovation in crop management practices among other roles.
