    Site Engineer

    Execute surveillance, performance monitoring, maintenance and repairs of buildings and equipment

    • Executes daily surveillance of building and equipment and reports all building and customer defects
    • Monitors performance of equipment and installations and co-provides input on power usage and capacity planning. Provides data for input into reports, such as electric meter data

    • Supports in the maintenance and repairs on buildings and equipment in accordance with change requests, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Measure of Performance (MOP)
    • Co-directs repairs and maintenance executed by external employees and documents the performed activities in accordance with change requests, SLAs and MOP
    • Responds to alarms and handles or escalates alarms according to guidelines
    • Provides practical direction for external security employees
    • Participates in inventory control of supplies
    • Makes suggestions for improving the quality and effectiveness of the data centre
    • Participates in the full continuous (24×7) call-out team and/or shifts

    Execute Customer Implementation process

    • Acts as a first point of contact for customer deliveries and removals, prepares and plans operational activities and informs the local security team
    • Provides CIM team with technical support and acts as first point of contact for CIM questions both internally and externally prior to escalation to CIM

    Provide customer service support

    • Carries out performance-tuning operations on data centre systems to ensure high level of power availability, and security.
    • Supports Sales team in pre-sales technical support

    Perform day-to-day client management activities

    • Ensures that the data centre is maintained and operational 24/7 by providing daily audits and reporting about the performance level of services
    • Supports the Data Centre Manager to maintain all data centre standards, procedures, health and safety, and day to day infrastructure performance issues

    Requirements

    • BSc Degree or Higher Diploma in a technical field such as Computer Science, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering
    • 5 years of work experience in IT, Telecom or Electrical and Electronics environment.

    Accounts Assistant

    Duties and responsibilities

    • Support the Finance Manager in maintaining proper operational controls
    • Ensure that proper books of accounts of the Company are maintained and ensure proper maintenance, storage, and security of financial and accounting documents
    • Prepare the monthly closure of accounts and ensure that deadlines are met.
    • Check and verify any expenditure before preparation of payment vouchers, cheques, and remittance of payments
    • Prepare payment vouchers, cheque books, and cash book records as well as financial statements and entries to monthly accounts by accounting regulations.
    • Assist in preparing the annual Financial Statements following IFRS and making statutory returns
    • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial performance analysis (growth and variance analysis against the budget).
    • Manage fixed assets, operating expenses, payroll, and cash with the assistance of the Accounts Assistant.
    • Review monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accounting discrepancies and irregularities are resolved promptly
    • Check the Daily Banking Statements for reconciliations and prepare the weekly USD cash flow balances.
    • Support in the preparation and facilitate internal and external audits, and ensure all audit findings are followed-up and addressed promptly.
    • Liaise with the Human Resources department for up-to-date information on staff changes and employment records to effect accurate salary payments within given deadlines.
    • Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors and follow up to ensure that contractual obligations are fulfilled and are cost-effective in line with the approved guideline.

    Key skills and qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a recognized university.
    • A minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar field.
    • Professional qualifications in CPA (2), ACCA, ACA, or any other recognized professional accounting qualification.
    • MUST have Tea industry experience preferably from a brokerage firm.
    • Knowledge in the Tea value chain is desirable and the role of a broker.
    • Strong business planning and implementation skills.
    • Sound knowledge of financial operations and reporting.
    • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
    • Good communication, interpersonal and team skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Proven problem-solving skills and knowledge of conflict management.

    Sales and Marketing Officer

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
    • Researching prospects and generating leads.
    • Research to identify sellers of raw milk.
    • Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
    • Generating sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets
    • Providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with existing and new customers.
    • Ensure timely sale of fresh milk and related products to customers and distributors
    • Research to identify customers, sector opportunities and maintain existing ones to increase customer base

    Safety Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Work across teams to ensure safety
    • Champion a safety agenda and culture across the company and our partners
    • Regularly review working conditions and work with line managers to correct non-compliance and realize opportunities for improvement
    • Manage and monitor issuance and usage of PPEs, including PPE inventory
    • Manage audits and compliance with regulatory bodies

    • Health and safety certification is required.
    • Approved Occupational Health & Safety Auditor and Trainer
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong ability to lead and influence others
    • Demonstrated experience drafting and implementing training and procedural documents
    • Qualification in sales will also be an added advantage.
    • Ability to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Proven leadership, planning, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
