    Manager - Network Infrastructure, ICTC

    Job Specifications (Applicants should have)

    • MSc. Degree in any of the following fields: Computer Science or Electrical/ Telecommunications Engineering or an equivalent qualifications plus five (5) years experience at the level of Chief ICT Officer, Grade 12 OR BSc. in the above mentioned plus ten (10) years experience at the level of Chief ICT Officer Grade 12. In addition they must: have worked in network management in a corporate environment for at least five (5) years, have at least three (3) years experience in Network team management and have professional certifications in Networking
    • Possess the following: technical skills in network infrastructure and service management, effective communication and interpersonal skills and good systems analytical skills

    Duties and responsibilities:

    • To plan, design, implement and manage network infrastructure per the established policies, standards and procedures.
    • To carry out need assessments to define and implement network infrastructure projects.
    • To formulate, implement and maintain robust network infrastructure security mechanisms.
    • Monitor and fine-tune the performance of network infrastructure.
