    Real Estate Sales Executive

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Our client in the real estate industry is looking for Sales & Marketing Executive will be the direct point of contact with a customer by increasing sales, selling company products, and marketing strategy and in charge of ensuring a customer’s needs and expectations are met. They should know and understand the real-estate inside and out and guide their customers through the purchase process efficiently and satisfactorily.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Represent the company at the designated sites. 
    • Source New business for the company. 
    • Sale of properties on the company’s property listings. 
    • Submit weekly and monthly reports to the Supervisor. 
    • Carry out sales, sourcing activities. 
    • Prepare sales and marketing presentations for pitching purposes. 
    • Handle client’s inquiries promptly and report any concerns that may need further attention. 
    • Push for sales of property within the company portfolio. 
    • Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. 
    • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities. 
    • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. 
    • Proactively seeking ways to drive and streamline daily marketing processes and procedures that supports high performance. 
    • Be part of concept development in relation to the market and sales trends, consumer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits in the real estate industry. 
    • Following through on the sales documentations for clients. 
    • Reach out to customer leads through direct visits and develop their portfolio. 
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    •  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. 
    • Supply sales manager with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services. 
    • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. 
    • Perform any other duties assigned by your supervisor. 

    PERSONAL EXPERIENCE 

    • A university degree in sales and marketing. 
    • Minimum Diploma in Sales and marketing.
    • Post graduate qualification in a business related field will be an added advantage. 
    • Should have at least two years’ sales and marketing experience. 
    • Should have a proven ability to achieve and surpass sales targets. 
    • Must have good ICT skills and proficiency in MS Office suite.
    • Experience in real estate industry.
    • Excellent customer service skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. 
    • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills are required. 
    • Knowledge in computer skills including Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel, Power point and Word, and exposure to other ICT systems useful in sales and clients management. 
    • Self-motivated and creative personality.
    • Disciplined and work with minimal supervision. 
    • Honest and transparent person.

    Collections Officer

    • Our client a leading microfinance institution in Kenya, is seeking dedicated and dynamic Collections Officers to join their team. As a Collections Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely repayment of loans and maintaining healthy cash flow.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively contact clients to remind them of upcoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
    • Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.

    • Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with collections software.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism.
