    Retail Manager

    • We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maximizing sales, and ensuring the smooth operation of our stores. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the oil and gas retail market.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple retail outlets, ensuring efficient and profitable performance.
    • Develop and implement retail strategies to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of retail staff, ensuring they deliver excellent customer service.
    • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
    • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
    • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the retail operations.
    • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for retail operations.
    • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to plan and execute promotional activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful retail operations.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite

    Sales Executive

    • We seek a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the petroleum industry. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our petroleum products.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
    • Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking and research.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve revenue goals.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
    • A minimum of 2-3 years in sales and marketing, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
    • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
    • Willingness to travel as needed
